The company “Borusan Kyrgyzstan” provides warranty service for SEM special equipment for 2000 m / h or 1 year (at the beginning of the first indicator – a year or engine hours).

1. Upon receipt of machine breakdown claim by means of an official letter, telephone call or application on the website, a service engineer calls up the Customer and determines the location of the machine, the engine hours and the “symptoms” of the malfunction.
2. Service engineer heads to the damaged machine
3. A malfunction is determined, and if possible, fixed. However, it is also determined if the case is subject to a warranty service. If the case is not subject to warranty service and repair is not possible, the warranty is registered in the DMS system.
